Order cancellation policy
Cancellation are allowed only 2 day ( 48 hours) prior to the departure date and time of travel.
Refund amount 90% of total bill amount allowed for cancellation
Refund amount will be processed within 10 working days after the date of cancellation
Plz note that in case of cancellation of ferry service on account of Bad weather condition/ or technical circumstances than food order bill amount refunded to passenger less handling charges.
